I ordered this bag because I wanted a black velvet clutch. You guys sent me something else that of low quality. The material is not velvet but snack shiny faux leather. And the panther isn’t even placed properly in the middle but so OFF centered. I had to pay $50 import tax to get something I didn’t order which is why it is even more upsetting. I demand to get my refund.
